| I want my son to join Cub Scouts |
Wonderful! It's a great time to join Cub Scouts! If you have a boy in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade you are welcome to sign-up for Cub Scouts at any time. The first step is to go to the top of the page and click Contact Our Pack. Feel free to ask any questions or let us know about your interest and the grades of you children.
Next, click on these forms forms to be completed: New Youth Application and New Parent Application.
If you would like a general overview of Scouts, please take a moment to review the Parent Orientation Manual provided by the Northeast Illinois Counsel.
Additional forms will be forwarded to you after contacting the Pack.

What does it cost? |
Registration for membership in Pack 88 is $40.00 for a year. The registration fee pays for registration with the Boy Scouts of America, unit insurance, and helps to pay for the awards and supplies for each boy. Boys must complete a registration form for the Boy Scouts of America (click on New Youth Application above).
Depending on the activities, Dens Leaders may ask for an activity fee to cover the costs associated with the particular activity. This may include craft supply fees, admission fees, or the like. These will be kept to a minimal and will be announced ahead of time. Some Pack events may also require a nominal activity fee. Family events are usually the responsibility of those who choose to participate.
Scholarships: Should fees or any costs become a problem for your family, please contact the Cubmaster or the Pack Committee Chairman. Scholarships are available and all requests will remain confidential
